Insertion and Extraction Analysis for Self-elevating Units

t is a service provided to offshore platform owners, which includes three main functions: leg insertion resistance analysis, leg extraction resistance analysis, and punch-through risk identification. It can accurately estimate the leg insertion resistance and leg extraction resistance of the jack-up platform's spudcan at different penetrations. Based on the accurate estimation of leg insertion resistance, the punch-through risk can be identified by drawing the leg insertion resistance curve and preload value. This service can help the client estimate the penetration the spudcan accurately, identify the risks of leg stucked during extraction and punch-through during insertion, and control the risk of the jack-up platform during  insertion and extraction.
