With the authorization of the Administrations of flag States or Regions, CCS carries out statutory survey and other services as authorized by the Administrations according to international conventions, rules, and relevant regulations of authorizing States or Regions. By the end of 2023, CCS had been authorized by the Administrations of 61 major flag States or Regions across the globe, including China, to perform statutory surveys for the ships and offshore installations flying their flags.
