Pipeline Stress Assessment Onshore

For pipeline stress assessment, we can provide customers with technical services such as stress analysis, strength verification, clamp and joint load assessment, equipment orifice load assessment, and dynamic response verification for onshore and offshore oil, gas, and cryogenic pipelines, and thereby optimize the design and evaluation of pipelines. With this service, we can provide solutions, optimizations, and evaluation reports according to customer needs. This service can be performed in conjunction with the relevant drawing reviews.

Service process:

1. Communicate with the customer and determine the technical service intention; 2. Submit the work plan to the customer; 3. Sign service contracts with the customer and set up working groups for implementation of the work plan; 4. Use CAESARII/START to analyze the stresses on water and land pipelines, issue evaluation conclusions, provide suggestions for improvement and optimization measures in risky areas, and submit a draft evaluation report to the owner. 5. Owner review; 6. Implement the evaluation opinions and issue the final evaluation report. (Actual work content is adjustable according to the actual needs of the customer)
