His Excellency the Acting President of TGA Dr. Rumaih bin Muhammad Al-Rumaih delivered a speech at the event. This marks the formal integration of the Wenchang 9-7 Oilfield into CNOOC Wenchang Operating Company’s production network, injecting new momentum into offshore oil and gas resource development in the South China Sea.
