On the day of SMM 2024, the China Classification Society (CCS) stand was still crowded with guests. CCS has continuously communicated with the domestic and foreign customers while continuing the product approval and certification activities of the first day. In addition, CCS experts have also participated in the forum exchange of the “Future Maritime Summit” during the event, and discussed with the industry the development direction of green, low-carbon and digital intelligence in the shipping industry.

◆ Type Approval of Alfa Laval-Alternative Fuel Heat Exchange Unit

 

 

 

CCS Vice President Zhao Yan issued the type approval certificates for two alternative fuel heat exchange units to Alfa Laval, which are mainly used for bio fuel heating and ammonia/LPG/methanol gas supply system and LPG/ammonia cargo handling system.

CCS Vice President Zhao Yan visited the stands of several important overseas and Chinese clients with his delegation, actively interacted with the industry, introduced CCS’s new technologies and concepts, and had extensive and in-depth exchanges with the industry partners at home and abroad.
