Rules For Materials And Welding

CCS Rules for Materials and Welding has been amended and the main changes can be summed up as follows:

1– IACS UR W31- “Application of YP47 Steel Plates”.

2 - IACS UR S33- “Requirements for Use of Extremely Thick Steel Plates”.

3 – Some amendments based on audit.

4 – Some editorial corrections.

The CCS RCN No.1 and CCS RCN No.2 are superseded by these Amendments (Jan. 2014) which will enter into force on 1st January 2014.
