From May 5 to 8, 2025, China Classification Society (CCS) showcased its expertise at the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) held at the NRG Center in Houston, USA. This year, CCS drew global attention with its exhibition booth design themed “Open, Inclusive, Chinese-inspired, and International,” coupled with its professional and diversified technical service capabilities. Attendees included regulatory authorities, oil companies, engineering design firms, research institutions, technical service providers, and specialized equipment manufacturers from around the world.  

 



 

At the event, CCS comprehensively demonstrated its technical service achievements in traditional offshore oil and gas engineering, offshore wind power, marine aquaculture, and leisure tourism. Key highlights included full lifecycle technical services, offshore wind power solutions, and innovative marine aquaculture and leisure tourism offerings, which garnered significant interest from clients in Europe, the U.S., Southeast Asia, and China.
