CCS has established the intelligent ship simulation test and verification platform, which is capable of high precision hardware-in-the-loop simulation test. Being equipped with a test scenario database on the basis of rules, accident recurrence and real traffic flow, the platform provides qualitative and quantitative assessment of intelligence capability, behavior safety level and economy. The platform also allows for expert and AI accompany modes to make the tests more rational and science-based.
Extensive
research and exploration have been carried out in recent years in the field of intelligent
ships both at home and abroad. With gradual deepening research on the
function development, product finalization, survey and certification of
intelligent ship system, the application prospect of intelligent ships will be
further expanded, meeting the increasingly high demand of the market for cost
reduction and efficiency improvement and bringing about overall upgrade of the
industry in infrastructure, management, and cooperation mode. R&D on
autonomy verification and evaluation platform for intelligent ships and the
comprehensive evaluation and systematic description of the autonomous
capability of intelligent ships will help to improve and confirm the actual
capability of intelligent ship system, and at the same time provide an objective
evaluation basis for ship related parties.
