Guidelines for Survey of Marine Products

 Guidelines for Survey of Marine Products are important parts of the technical structure of CCS product survey, which include 19 categories and 148 kinds of products in total, such as metallic materials, marine equipment, electrical appliances and fire-fighting equipment, etc. The guidelines replace the previous Guidelines Edition I, II and III, and are published as single product version.
Bases for developing the guidelines:
（1） Experiences gained by CCS product surveyors
（2） Feedbacks from domestic and international marine equipment manufacturers
（3） Latest technical requirements from IMO, IACS and national/international standards

(5) Technical requirements
(6) Materials and components
(7) Type test
(8) Single unit/batch inspection
The guidelines are published in Chinese and English versions, and the number of products exceeds other peers in the industry. The guidelines are one of the bases for CCS marine product approval and inspection, which serve as guidance for surveyors as well as provide technical support for manufacturers in product design, manufacturing and quality control.
