In the "post-epidemic period" in which our country's epidemic prevention and control is normalized, imported cold chains have become the fuse for crisis everywhere. As the category with the largest import volume of our country's cold chain, aquatic products have aroused people's attention. At present, there is still a large gap in the field of aquatic products in our country, which cannot meet people's continuous increase in demand for high-quality protein. It is urgent to accelerate the expansion of aquatic product farming scale especially the marine fisheries.

In recent years, our country's marine fisheries have moved from offshore to open seas. The Offshore Engineering Technology Center of CCS responded to the industry’s need timely and officially published the "Guidelines for the Inspection of Offshore Fishery Aquaculture Facilities" in August 2019, which provided technical standard and guidance for the design and construction of offshore fisheries and also helped the classification certificate service and conformity certificate service for marine fisheries to promote in the industry.

The review of marine fisheries' drawings has been started one after another such as Jinghai 001 aquaculture facilityLubao No. 1 deep-sea marine breeding platformTaiyuan No. 2 and Taiyuan No. 3 fishery breeding facilities and Zhenyu 2. The new marine economy business has achieved gratifying results.

Recognizing that marine fisheries are the new growth point of CCS’s marine engineering business, the Offshore Engineering Technology Center highly values the market development and business striving. After knowing the project information, we will contact the owner and the design units as soon as possible to carry out technical exchanges and establish contact channels, promptly respond to various technical inquiries and strive for the classification and fast landing of the new marine facility. At the same time, the Offshore Engineering Technology Center will also work hand in hand with the brothers of the whole society to continue to promote the technological leadership of marine fisheries and help expand the market share in this new marine economy. It is believed that in the next few years, the landing projects of fishery and aquaculture facilities will further increase.
