1 This guideline is applicable to the approval and inspection of water level detectors equipped on single hold cargo ships and bulk carriers other than the passenger ships and bulk carriers required in Regulation 22-1 and Regulation 25, Chapter II-1 and Regulation 12, Chapter XII of SOLAS.
2 This guideline does not involve the onboard installation and arrangement of water level detectors.
