From May 26 to 27, Mr. Zhao Yan, President of China Classification Society (CCS), attended the 2026 Maritime Silk Road Port Cooperation Forum (MPF 2026) in Ningbo.


At the Hong Kong Forum — Clean Energy Supply Chain Conference, he delivered a keynote on IMO MEPC 84 — sharing insights into its latest progress, future direction, and recommendations. He offered in-depth insights into the IMO’s latest policy direction, and shared his assessment of the evolving landscape and emerging opportunities in shipping’s green transition.
