In response to the industry's demand for the preparation of transfer operation plans for oil tankers and chemical tankers, CCS has studied the new requirements for ship-to-ship transfer (STS) operations issued by relevant international organizations. Based on practical application experience, it has compiled the "GUIDELINES FOR Development of Ship to Ship (STS) Operations Plan (Oil Tankers and Chemical Tankers)" 2026, The main contents include:

(1) Requirements for the preparation of ship-to-ship transfer (STS) operation plans;

(2) The main contents of the ship-to-ship transfer (STS) operation plan template;

(3) Requirements for the approval of ship-to-ship transfer (STS) operation plans;

(4) Template for Ship-to-Ship Transfer (STS) Operation Plan.
