On November 12, M.V.“EMERALD QUSHAN” of Zhejiang Xinyihai Shipping Company Limited was successfully delivered at COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry（Zhoushan） Co., Ltd.. It was surveyed by China Classification Society (CCS).

This series of vessel, 199.9m in length, 32.26m in width, 18.85m in deepth and having a structural draft of 13.5m, is specially designed for performance and environmental protection, with performance indicators such as fuel consumption, speed, cargo capacity, etc. reaching the world-leading level.

 




 

The successful delivery of the “EMERALD QUSHAN” is not only a successful model of cooperation between CCS Zhejiang Branch and various parties including COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry（Zhoushan） Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Xinyihai Shipping Company Limited, , but also a vivid practice of industrial collaboration leading by Party building. CCS will take this batch of construction projects as a new starting point to provide excellent technical support and survey services for the shipping company and shipbuilding industries in its jurisdiction, and make new contributions to the vigorous development of marine economy in Zhejiang.
