recision Oversight & Excellence in Execution

As the final vessel in the series, the construction and survey of the "GUO JIA NENG YUAN 611" faced the dual challenges of tight timelines and heavy workloads. The project team proactively provided on-site support, conducting comprehensive quality checks on critical aspects including structural integrity, welding quality, machinery and electrical installations, and painting processes. During the sea trial phase, the team maintained full-process monitoring, performing multiple rounds of testing for main engine performance, navigation equipment, and emergency response systems to ensure all exceeded contractual requirements.

Problem-Solving, Technical Mastery

To address technical challenges during construction, the project team collaborated with shipowners and shipyard engineers to conduct in-depth analysis and propose multiple improvement plans. For smart intelligent ship requirements, they coordinated with the shipyard's design departments and  CCS plan approval center  to provide pre-submission technical support regarding the scope of drawings for class notations for intelligent energy efficiency management, smart engine rooms  intelligent machinery and intelligent integrated platforms. This significantly reduced time for plan approval. The project team consistently pursued "zero-defect delivery," ensuring flawless execution even in the most subtle details.

Tripartite Triumph, Industry Recognition

The successful delivery of this series of vessels stands as a testament to the collaborative efforts among the CCS project team, the shipowner and the shipyard.
