CCSC Fulfilled Supervision Project for CHN ENERGY (Tianjin) Port Co., Ltd.

On June 17th, the final overloading test of the "stacker equipment supervision project" implemented by China Classification Society Certification Co., Ltd. (CCSC) for CHN ENERGY (Tianjin) Port Co., Ltd. (formerly named as Shenhua Tianjin Coal Terminal Co., Ltd.) was complemented.

On June 17th, the final overloading test of the "stacker equipment supervision project" implemented by China Classification Society Certification Co., Ltd. (CCSC) for CHN ENERGY (Tianjin) Port Co., Ltd. (formerly named as Shenhua Tianjin Coal Terminal Co., Ltd.) was complemented. The stacker achieved several intelligentized operating functions including stacking, metering, lubrication and protection via 5G network. The equipment has been put into service successfully, providing another strong assistance for intelligent port building.

 

Recently, CCSC received a Letter of Thanks from Guo Neng (Tianjin) Port Affairs Co., Ltd., in which CCSC was highly recognized and praised for its excellent fulfillment of the supervision project.

 


 

During the project implementation, the project team of CCSC overcame difficulties, such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the high temperature in summer, stick fast to their posts, kept close communication with the enterprise, planned the construction period reasonably，and fully cooperated with the enterprise in the review and approval of field drawings and process documents, sub-divisional and itemized manufacturing and survey, field installation, commissioning, test and safety. In order to ensure the equipment delivered as schedule, the project team gave up their weekends, coordinated with the contractor in construction and delivery acceptance, solved the technological difficulties of the manufacturers in time, fulfilled tasks, and obtained unanimous praise from both the enterprise and the manufacturer.
