CCS Finished Product Survey of Domestic Permanent Magnet Shaft Generator

Recently, China Classification Society (CCS) fulfilled the product survey and certificate issuance for three types of made-in-China marine permanent magnet shaft generators, i.e. TYT600-12, TFY1150-40 and TFY850-40, for CSIC Electrical Machinery Science & Technology Co., Ltd.

Recently, China Classification Society (CCS) fulfilled the product survey and certificate issuance for three types of made-in-China marine permanent magnet shaft generators, i.e. TYT600-12, TFY1150-40 and TFY850-40, for CSIC Electrical Machinery Science & Technology Co., Ltd. Taiyuan Branch (CSIEM). The achievement marks that China has made a breakthrough in the key field of permanent magnet shaft generator and has realized domestication of such products, and it will further promote energy saving and emission reduction effectively, improve energy efficiencyand optimize the Energy Efficiency Design Index (EEDI), Efficiency Existing Ship Index (EEXI) and Carbon Intensity Index (CII).

 

 

 

Complete proprietary intellectual property rights have been obtained for the three types of domestic marine permanent magnet shaft generators, which have different operating conditions, structures and installation modes. As key marine equipment, they  havehigh requirements in both the survey service efficiency and technologies. CCS Tianjin Branch designated senior marine surveyors specially for whole-process tracing and communicated actively with customers. They started their work from considering the actual demand of customers, made innovations in working ideas, and optimized working modes. The surveyors overcame the impact of the pandemic, conducted strict control, and provided meticulous guidance. Their efficient quality survey service ensured punctual product testing and timely delivery, and their practical actions assisted in advancing the domestic independent development of key marine equipment and green and low-carbon development.
