 Rule Change Notice No.1, Rules for Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Liquefied Gases in Bulk, 2006, is based on the UR Z16 (Rev.4 Oct 2013) which is newly adopted by IACS.

Effective date: 1 July, 2014.
