* The full term International Tonnage Certificate and Inspection of Crew Accommodation Certificate of Panama-flagged ships issued by CCS shall still use paper format due to its endorsement by the Administration.

Ships registered in flag states listed above other than China shall use only the electronic certificates replacing the traditional paper certificates at the request of the company.
