Ambassador Zhang Qiyue fully affirmed the fruitful achievements of CCS Athens Branch made in the development in Mediterranean region over years, and put forward ardent hopes for Athens Branch to further play its advantages and role in shipping in Greece and expand CCS's influence in the region. It was hoped that CCS would continue to expand the influence of the Mediterranean Commission and build a bigger and broader platform for China-Greece exchanges. Vice President Fan Qiang said CCS Athens Branch would strengthen its business expansion under the leadership and support of the embassy to better build China's development platform in the Greek shipping market. The two sides also exchanged views on the recent domestic laws and regulations concerning shipping.
