China Classification Society (CCS) Attended the Indonesia Maritime Expo (IME) and Focused on New Industry Trends

From May 15 to 17, the 2023 Indonesia SEA INDONESIA Maritime Expo was successfully held in Jakarta. It was organized by the Indonesian National Shipowners Association (INSA). The exhibition has attracted shipowners and shipyards, manufacturers, service providers, maritime colleges, bank financing institutions, maritime research institutions, etc. from China, Germany, Britain, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, etc. Jakarta Office of CCS Singapore Branch also attended the exhibition.

 

 

 

At the exhibition, Jakarta Office introduced the latest development achievements of CCS and the development of the Indonesian flag fleet that has been classified into CCS in recent years, with focus on the service capabilities and application cases of the liquefied natural gas (LNG) industry valued by the Indonesian government. CCS Singapore Branch expert Zhang Hao attended the seminar themed “Renewable Energy”, and delivered a speech titled “Developing Regulations to Reduce Greenhouse Gases and Measures for Green Shipping”, receiving widespread attention and praise from people of various circles. 

 

 

 

The CCS stand attracted numerous domestic and foreign shipowners and industry insiders to visit. Jakarta Office made face-to-face interaction and exchanges with new and old customers on site, and answered customers’ inquiries passionately to explore future development trends and cooperation space.
