Planning and organizing to implement ISM/ISPS audit and certification to ship companies;

Planning and organizing the implementation and management of the approval of the ship security plan;

Organize the implementation of ISM/ISPS audits when so delegated;

Organize to conduct field monitoring of the ISM/ISPS audits to ships/shipping companies;

Responsible for solving major issues that appear during the implementation of audit services;

Organize the development, revision and updating of the formats of ISM/ISPS certificates, records, reports, etc.;

Study and analyze the causes for PSC detentions due to audit responsibility, and work out measures for implementation;

Participating in the discussion and signing of authorization agreements with flag administrations;

Follow up the requirements of flag administrations, and organize to implement the requirements and report regularly;

Responsible for checking the audit information;

Participate in market exploitation and customer service;

Participate in the training and management of auditors;

Participate in the development of certification rules;

Responsible for daily work of the Expert Committee;

Filing and keeping technical and documental files of the department;

Participate in the maintenance of ISM & ISPS service information on CCS website.
