, Register of Shipping of the People's Republic of China (ZC) was established in Beijing on August 1 under the Ministry of Communications (MOC) after five-year preparation, following the instruction of Chen Yun, director of National Finance and Economy Committee of the Government Administrative Council, and started ship survey business using ZC as its logo.
