The objective of CCS is to abide by the national constitution,laws,regulations and policies and conform to the social moral practices,and to provide services for the shipping,shipbuilding,offshore exploitation and related manufacturing industries as well as marine insurance by furnishing reasonable and reliable technical rules and standards for ships,offshore installations ,containers and related products and conducting survey ,certification and technical consultancy services in an independent,impartial and honest manner, for the promotion of safety of life and property on waters and for the protection of marine environment and other environments concerned.
