Description:To work more closely with our customer, and provide more plentiful information and better user experience, the existing customer service system of China Classification Society (CCS) is upgraded.

To work more closely with our customer, and provide more plentiful information and better user experience, the existing customer service system of China Classification Society (CCS) is upgraded. The new customer service system will be launched for trial operation on November 28, 2018 (Beijing time), and the announcement is as the following:

I. The new customer service subsystem covers the original ship survey information service, e-PAS for ships and products, marine product inspection shortcut and other relevant service functions;

II. The access mode of customer service system remains unchanged. Namely, the user can still access to the system through "Login" function of our official website (www.ccs.org.cn);

III. During trial operation, if the user has any opinion or suggestion in the operation process, it can be fed back through the following manner:

1.    Submit feedback opinions directly through "Customer feedback" in new system;
