Recently, China Classification Society Certification Company （CCSC） issued Guodian United Power Technology Company Ltd. a certificate for design assessment of 1.5MW variable speed constant frequency wind power generating sets of two types, i.e. UP77 and UP82. The generating sets with proprietary intellectual property rights are designed and positioned on the basis of China’s actual wind resources.

Guodian United Power Technology Company Ltd., a subsidiary to China Guodian Corporation, is a high-tech enterprise engaged in design, production and installation of wind power generating sets as well as manufacture of wind power generating equipments. Its manufacturing base is located at “China’s Power Valley” in Baoding City, boasting the annual production capacity of 600 complete wind power generating sets of megawatt scale.
